What we collect, why, and how to have it removed

Commerce Fulfillment LLC (“Commerce Fulfillment”, “we”) runs marketplace operations, fulfillment and software for brands. This page explains, in plain words, what information we handle and what we do with it.

1. The application form

When you apply, we receive what you type: brand and company details, a contact person, your catalog description, financial ranges, marketplace history, supply-chain details and goals. We use it for one purpose: to evaluate whether and how we can work with your brand, and to reply to you. It is emailed to our team and stored in our review queue. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train any model.

2. Marketplace account connections (clients)

If you become a client and connect an Amazon or Walmart seller account to Commerce OS, we access that account only through the marketplaces’ official developer programs, with the permissions you authorize, to do the work you hired us for: orders, inventory, shipments, advertising, fees and payouts. Buyer personal information (names, addresses) is used solely to fulfill and ship orders, is never exported outside the systems that need it, and is retained only as long as the marketplace’s own rules require. You can revoke our access from your seller account at any time.

3. Where data lives and who can see it

Data is stored in access-controlled cloud databases in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside Commerce Fulfillment is limited to the people who need it for your account; every login uses two-step verification and every significant action is logged. Brand logins to Commerce OS see only their own brand’s data.

Services we use to run this website: Netlify hosts the site; EmailJS delivers the application form to our inbox; applications are also stored in our own Commerce OS database. They process the data only to provide those services to us.

4. Your rights

Ask us at any time to see, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you or your brand. Deletion is real: the records are removed, not hidden, except where a marketplace or tax rule requires us to keep a transaction record for a defined period.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics, they will be aggregate and anonymous, and this page will say so.
