Four routes

Hand over as much of the load as you want — or none of it

Every route below is a service we already run every day. Nothing here is a plan; it is what our warehouse and our software do all day, every day. And because Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop each work differently, we build custom solutions per marketplace — tell us which one you want to win on. Every engagement, whatever its size, runs under a written contract negotiated with you.

Route I

Fulfillment

You keep your listings and your brand. We receive, store, prep, label and ship — FBA and WFS inbound, and seller-fulfilled orders rate-shopped per parcel.

  • Staff, managers and supervisors trained continuously on Amazon and Walmart labeling and packaging policy
  • Labeling, bubble wrap, glass-jar protection, Prop 65 labels: full responsibility
  • Receiving with lot & expiry tracking (first-expiring ships first)
  • FBA / WFS inbound plans, pallets, appointments — on our trucks
  • Same-day seller-fulfilled shipping, all marketplaces
  • Every carrier, or your own: you schedule the pickup, we load and sign the bill of lading
  • Returns received, graded and reconciled
Best forBrands with live listings that want the warehouse off their plate.
Route III

Growth & advertising

You run operations; we run growth. Marketplace advertising, listing quality and account health, managed from the same console that runs our own accounts, every change logged and proven against the platform's own numbers.

  • Amazon Ads & Walmart Connect management
  • Keyword harvest, negatives and bid rules with 90-day evidence
  • Listing SEO and image work, brand-locked
  • A weekly report you can check against Seller Central
Best forAny business selling online — or about to — that wants an operator, not a slide deck.
Route IV

Software only

Connect your Amazon and Walmart accounts to Commerce OS and use what we use: live sales to the cent, per-SKU profit, payouts, advertising console, shipment tools, order watch, JARVIS.

  • One console for every marketplace account
  • Sales, ads, fees and payouts reconciled to the cent
  • Brand logins for the brands you carry
  • Cancel any month; your data is yours
Best forSellers who want the visibility without handing anything over.
Wholesale distribution

Beyond online: we can become your wholesale distributor

Our distribution network supplies 4,000+ grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and coffee shops with the same items we sell online. Apply for e-commerce, distribution, or both.

01

Importing from any US port

International containers received from Asia, Europe, South America and India. We offload them and bring them in from the port on our own trucks.

02

Delivered, or picked up

Our CDL drivers deliver all over Florida and out of state, for a fee. Or the customer sends any carrier they like (say, a grocery store in Texas books its own truck), and we load it.

03

B2B and B2C ordering sites

Our own wholesale and retail ordering sites run in sync with our inventory and CRM, so stores see what is in stock and order directly.

04

A bigger first order for you

If we like your product, we can carry it in our distribution channel as well as online, which raises your initial purchase volume with us.

Build your plan

Take only what you need. One piece is a plan.

Only inventory management for your own warehouse? Only e-commerce software with no warehouse? Only advertising, for twelve SKUs on Walmart? All fine. Commerce Fulfillment scopes every engagement to the customer — and writes it down.

A modern, equipped warehouse — with our own system in it

Two years of building a warehouse system that does not let mistakes leave the shelf

Commerce Fulfillment runs on software we built for our own floor: inventory management, accounting and CRM in one place, driven by scans — receiving, putaway, picking and counting — so the system always knows what is where, what it cost and where it is going.

01

Scan it in — it is in the system

Every case that comes off the truck is scanned once. The purchase order is matched, the lot and expiry are captured, and stock, cost and location update instantly — no spreadsheet, no re-keying.

02

A QR code on every rack position

Every pillar, shelf and bin has its own code. Product lives at a known address; putaway, counts and picks all happen against it, so 'where is it' is never a question.

Pickers scan every item — wrong one, instant warning

When an order is picked, the picker scans what they take. Pick the wrong product, lot or quantity and the screen stops them before it leaves the shelf — mispicks are caught at the source, not by the customer.

Invoice in → pick route out, no double trips

A customer invoice or marketplace order becomes a pick list ordered by the fastest walk through the building. One pass, every item, in sequence — whichever warehouse it is in.

Commerce OS — the software behind every route

We built the console we run our own marketplaces on. You get the same one.

Every seller is looking for the one feature that would fix their week. This is 33 of them in one login — most live today, the rest marked honestly as in build — with or without handing anything else to us.

How it works

From application to first shipment

Four steps: meet, contract, launch, grow
  1. 01

    Apply

Ten minutes on the form: who you are, what you sell, how it ships and stores, where you sell today.

  2. 02

    Review by email

We read every application and reply by email with first questions and whether it is a fit.

  3. 03

A first call: your goals, your catalog, and which route fits (e-commerce, distribution, or both).

  4. 04

    Meetings

As many meetings as it takes to get the scope, pricing and plan right. No rush.

  5. 05
